Places to go, things to do!

There are many places in AT that can be used by the players in an IC way. Places to RP, so to speak. The main ones are:

Amon Thranduil, the City

To ensure security, King Thranduil used the memory of his dwelling in Doriath, the realm of Elu Thingol, in the design of his new city. Inside a hill in northeastern Mirkwood, Amon Thranduil, he has hollowed out an underground palace, perhaps less glorious than Thingol's Menegroth but just as strong and secure. Its magical Great Gate is able to resist any attack.

The Great Beeches

The Great Beeches of Amon Thranduil, north of the Taurduin River, serve as the home of the Erynedhrim, who live in their trees and secret paths.

Celebannon

After moving to northeastern Mirkwood, both the Erynedhrim and Laiquendi the village of Celebannon, situated at the place where the Taurduin leaves the forest, and heads to the Long Lake. Celebannon is the real gate to Mirkwood, being the only place a foreigner can enter the forest and not be captured. You can meet here not only elves from other elven realms, but also dwarves and humans.

The Holy Grove

A peaceful place, home to the majority of the healers in Amon Thranduil, nestled into the forest. Bordered on one side by a lake, and on the other a hot spring, it is a place weary fierce warriors and tired travelers can seek refuge for a time.

What You Could Do...

You can do pretty much anything. New players are encouraged to sign up for whatever sort of missions suit their fancy, be their tastes military, diplomatic, merchantile, artistic, humorous, laborious, or a combination of any number of the above.

Above all, be prepared to explore and have fun.
